Quilts for Others …
by EQI Member: Heather B. and Lorraine C.
This lovely quilt was a pleasure to quilt. I love the fabrics (I am sure I have/had that), the pattern is one I love for QFOs as there are no seams to match and the design of colours is inspired. A beautifully made quilt top and the binding was supplied as was the backing. Someone will love this quilt.
A very small gathering for QFO day (April), but that’s ok. We sorted quilts, cut wadding and found backings and did some hand sewing. Next QFO day, we will be back to normal with a lunch to share and, hopefully, lots of laughs and bindings and labels to sew.
Denise with her lovely frog baby quilts below. Lovely!
We sorted 9 quilts for the Ron Conn Nursing Home in Avondale Heights. Thanks, Judy for delivering those.
This quilt is ready to quilt if anyone would like to do this.
Can be picked up at QFO day 4th Wednesday in May slight pause while I check the date on 25th May. 10-2. Lunch is about 12/12.30. Look forward to seeing you there.
