My very late Challenge …

Lorraine C

Just learned my computer has been hacked.  Sorry about that!
It is a great opportunity to take advantage of the “stay at home” instruction to do all the jobs we don’t want to do when quilting is much more exciting.
Woke up this morning (Monday) always good, to the sun shining and estimated 18 degrees today.

Checked out the garden to see seeds sprouting. Beetroot, yes, unidentifiable other seeds coming up, dill, oregano, thyme, cauliflower, rocket, garlic, shallots, broad beans flowering, sweet peas flowering, a little early but beautiful.  Snow peas going in today as well as some more sweet peas and more beetroot.
Threw out some jelly, 2014 and made some soup mix circa 2018. Still alive!

Having lunch now and then off to the sewing room to do, wait for it, my challenge!!!!
What a laugh. Will probably turn it into a quilt bag. Oh well…better late than never.
How are you all going? What are you doing now that you have the time?  Please let us know.

Christine is nearly two years post liver transplant and home, of course. She is making a sourdough starter. Would never have done that if she had not been isolated.
Remember when we used to write letters, so much easier on the computer. That is if you don’t have to do it twice. Sent the first effort to the web site instead of info, etc and lost it.  Oh well!!!!

What can I say? I went down the sewing room at 2.10 and finished the quilting at 2.50 binding already done. Love trees and our old 28 A model roadster. Gone to new owners much to the kids’ disgust. Thanks, Margaret R for your houses. I was never an artist.
