Just thought you and your members might like to know that the Maldon Combined Quilters in the historic National Trust classified town of Maldon, Victoria, are holding their biannual Quilt Show on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 March 2016 as part of the Maldon Easter Fair. See attached flyer for details.
We are expecting it to be a bumper show with a diverse range of 50+ quilts, including designs such as Mrs Billings, Briar Hill, Nearly Insane, some beautiful Di Ford patterns, and other hand and machine pieced traditional, reproduction and contemporary works.
We will also be raffling the beautiful Susan Ambrose designed Barrington Court Quilt, made and donated by one of our local patchworkers, and quilted by The Village Patch Maldon, with proceeds going to two local community organisations..
Maldon is a great place to visit, full of interest and offering that wonderful step-back-in-time nostalgic experience.
